USAGE FEES FOR OUT OF COUNCIL GIRLS SCOUT TROOPS

Zia has program centers in Alamogordo, Artesia, Hobbs, Carlsbad, and Roswell.  These facilities are used daily by Girl Scouts for troop meetings, activities, and sleepovers.  Additionally, sister Girl Scouts may rent the facilities for a small fee.

To offset the expenses to maintain these properties, they are available for the public to rent.

Roswell                                   $200.00 a day (8:00 a.m. through 1:00 a.m.)

Carlsbad                                  $200.00 a day (8:00 a.m. through 1:00 a.m.)

Alamogordo                            $100.00 a day (8:00 a.m. through 1:00 a.m.)

Hobbs                                      $100.00 a day (8:00 a.m. through 1:00 a.m.)

Artesia                                     $75.00  a day (8:00 a.m. through 1:00 a.m.)

Artesia Day Camp                  $75.00  a day (8:00 a.m. through 1:00 a.m.)

All lease agreements are for a minimum of one day.

Deposits are due at time of reservation. No reservation will be made without deposit. Lease fee is due at least 4 weeks prior to reservation date. If fees are not received in council office by deadlines, reservations will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

If reservation is made less than 4 weeks prior to reservation date, all fees are due and payable at time of reservation. No exceptions.

A checklist and walk through prior and after rental will be conducted by appropriate staff.

Deposits will be refunded when council office receives checklist signed by appropriate staff that buildings and grounds were left at least in as good a condition as when rented.

Damages, repairs, cleaning, etc. will be deducted from deposit.

Roswell                                   $50.00 or $12.00 per person a day (8:00 a.m. through 8:00 a.m.)

Carlsbad                                 $50.00 or $12.00 per person a day  (8:00 a.m. through 8:00 a.m.)

Alamogordo                            $50.00 or $12.00 per person a day (8:00 a.m. through 8:00 a.m.)

Hobbs                                     $50.00 or $12.00 per person a day (8:00 a.m. through 8:00 a.m.)

Artesia                                    $50.00 or $12.00 per person a day (8:00 a.m. through 8:00 a.m.)

Artesia Day Camp                  $50.00 or $12.00 per person a day (8:00 a.m. through 8:00 a.m.)

A $50.00 deposit is required at time of reservation.  All fees are due at least 4 weeks prior to reservation date.  If reservation is less than 4 weeks, deposit and fees are do in full at time of reservation.

Deposit will be returned when council receives check list signed by appropriate staff that building and grounds have been left in at least as good of condition as when reserved.  Any damages, repairs, cleaning, etc. will be deducted from deposit.  Any additional damage will be charged to the troop.
