Why donate?
So
every girl can have the opportunity to be a Girl Scout!
Just imagine a world where every woman was a Girl Scout and every
girl who wanted to be, could be a Girl Scout -- a world where people
were concerned about their communities, about improving the quality of
life for themselves and those around them. Girl Scouts care. Our goal is
to offer every girl the “Girl Scout Experience!" Girl Scouting can help
the girls of today become the women leaders of tomorrow. Whether in
business, sports, government, science, education, the arts, parenting,
or volunteer work, Girl Scouts have launched successful women in every
walk of life. From computers to camping, from sports to self-esteem,
mixed with fun and friendships, Girl Scouting has it all!
ANNUAL GIVING
Annual Giving supports the quality girl program associated with the Girl
Scout movement.
Girls are given the opportunity to develop self-esteem, self-reliance,
leadership skills, and a sense of community through their troop
activities, council events, summer camp programs, and travel
opportunities. Adult volunteers are trained to mentor girls at specific
age levels—to empower girls and change their lives. Contributions may be
made at any time.
Your gift to Girl Scouts – Zia Council, Inc. is a gift for girls.
For today's girls to realize their dreams and be tomorrow's leaders in
business, science, government, education, sports, the arts, and in their
communities, we need your support. Join us in supporting Girl Scouting:
Your donation stays in your local community.
